For this month’s Chronogram, I visited flood-devastated farms and spoke to farmers and politicians alike about the urgent situation and the ways in which we and the government need to help them get back on their feet.

I feel just awful for those farmers… there was a box open at the farmer’s market to help and a website for donations. These people work too hard not to get some help when disaster strikes. If they were a bank…. they would be smoking $100 bills by now!
