Cider & Balsamic Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Maple Syrup
Espresso
Yuzu Juice
Yuzu Kosho
Sriracha or Sambal Oelek
Cinnamon
Cumin
Other Powders, depending
and other liquids/pastes from the fridge, depending (most recent batch had Dijon mustard.)
